Political Islamists in America use four methods to fool Americans into thinking they "are just like us" to avoid anyone looking deeply into their actual 1400-year aims. They will continue to use these methods until their numbers are high enough to simply come out with the truth of their ideology and force those within their vicinity to convert or else. 1) Spread falsehoods and/or whitewash the history of Islam and its hidden agenda for world domination. 2) Infiltrate all levels of government, whether through lawful elections (i.e., becoming precinct chairs), gaining employment in civil or government positions, or by convincing city/county/country leaders to appoint them to civil commissions. 3) Play the victim. Cry "foul!" at every opportunity that might allow them to claim religious discrimination or infringement of civil rights. 4) Intimidate public resources/businesses with lawsuits and condemnation if demands for "special dispensations" and appeasement aren't met. (And, 5: They've apparently stolen the minds of most of the members of the U.S. mainstream media.)

AHADITH (Hadiths): Books written after the compilation of the Qur'an, which explain or enlarge on the Prophet's words in the Qur'an.

AL TAQIYYA: Deliberate misinformation/deception
AL-AQSA MOSQUE, the Farthest Mosque, in Jerusalem, is the general and oldest name for the compound of Islamic religious buildings that includes al-Aqsa congregation mosque and the Dome of the Rock, which holds the Foundation Stone (the spot from which Muhammad supposedly ascended for a night-long journey to Heaven in AD 621, accompanied by the angel Gabriel).
AL-MASJID AL-ḤARĀM, the Sacred Mosque, in Mecca. Largest mosque in the world; holds the Ka’aba. Can hold 850,000 Muslims during hajj.
AL-MASJID AL-NABAWI, Mosque of the Prophet. Muhammad’s first home in Medina and his burial site. Second most important mosque in Islam.
ALLAH: The name of the god of Islam
AYAH: A verse in the Qur'an (plural = ayat)
BURQA: traditional full body female clothing
CAIR: Council on American Islamic Relations. Litigious organization dedicated to taqiyya and kitman. Oops, that would be: Dedicated to building bridges of understanding and cooperation within the diversity that is Islam in America. Or maybe that's ISNA, or ICNA, or maybe the OIC . . .
CALIPH/CALIPHATE: The head of state in a Caliphate, and the title for the leader of the Islamic Ummah, or global Islamic nation
DA'WAH: Preaching Islam in it's best possible light. AKA: "stealth jihad."
DAR AL-ISLAM: Lands under Muslim government (sub-divisions: dar al-Islam: House of peace; and dar al-harb, House of war).
DAR AL-KUFFIR: all lands not under Muslim government/House of Infidels
EMIR: a high title of nobility or office
FATWA: Sharia ruling/decree that is generally a death sentence
FIQH: Islamic law
HAMAS: the majority party of the Palestinian National Authority.
HIJAB: Traditional headscarf Muslim women are require to wear
HIZB: Muslim poliltical Parties
HIZBALLAH: a Shi'a Islamic political and paramilitary organization based in Lebanon. Means "Party of Allah."
HUDNA: truce
IJTIHAD: Independent thinking and reasoning about sacred texts
IMAM: teacher
INFIDEL: Non-Muslims everywhere
INTIFADA: An uprising among Palestinian Arabs of the Gaza Strip and West Bank, beginning in late 1987 and continuing sporadically into the early 1990s, to protest the existence of the State of Israel
ISLAM: Submission/to submit
ISLAMOPHOBE: Nobody has any idea what this means, but it sounds like you're really bad if you're called one, huh?
ISNA: Islamic Society of North America: Advancing the cause of Islam in No. America (close ties with CAIR & the OIC).
JAHILIYYAH: To be separated from Allah’s “love.” To be ignorant of the right path and at odds with the Qur’an. Not necessarily an apostate, but definitely not a “real” Muslim.
KA’ABA: Originally, a small, one-level hut in Mecca (now solidly square and 2-3 stories high) supposedly built by Abraham and Ismael. Holds the Black Stone (a meteorite about 2’x4’) in its walls. Held many rock idols, including the Moon God, Allah. Muhammad’s ggg-grandfather Qusayy established the family business: the “right” to allow people into the building for a fee. Today, Muslims must make at least one trip (hajj) to visit the Ka’aba, and when they pray, they must pray toward the Ka’aba in Mecca, now contained in the Al-Masjid al-Ḥarām, the Sacred Mosque.
KITMAN: To tell only a partial truth about Islamic practices/to conceal
KUFFIR/KUFFR: Infidel, in as foul a way as a Muslim can say it.
MUFTI/MULLAH: Vicar and/or guardian. Depending on the circumstances, it can be either a term of respect (a learned man) or abuse (a bigot and fanatic)
MUHAMMAD: Allah's prophet; developed Islamic ideology
MUJAHIDEEN: Holy warriors
MUJTIHAD: Independent Islamic religious scholars
MURTADD (apostate), an ex-Muslim converted to another religion who must be executed.
MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD: largest political opposition organization in many Arab nations, particularly Egypt. Founded by the sufi schoolteacher Hassan al-Banna in 1928, it has spawned several offshoot organizations in the Middle East, dedicated to the credo: "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope." (See Qutb.)
MUTTAWA: Islam's religious police
NASHK: Abrogation (as in: Muhammad could abrogate an earlier recitation from Allah, if circumstances or memory called for it)
OIC: Org. of Islamic Conference; 56 Muslim nations "to promote solidarity among all Islamic member states." Close connections with CAIR.
PBUH: Peace Be Upon Him. Practically an obligatory addendum to Muhammad the Prophet's name. In Arabic,it's SAW: "sallallahu 'alaiki wa salam"
QIBLA: the direction Muslims turn to when they pray (to Mecca, the "center of the world").
QUR'AN: Recitation
QUTB, SAYYID (1906-1966): Egyptian author, Islamist and the leading intellectual of the Muslim Brotherhood in the 1950s and ’60s. Contributed significantly to modern perceptions of Islamic concepts such as jihad, jahiliyyah, and ummah. He is best known in the West as "the man whose ideas would shape Al Qaeda."
SALIFISM: Started by a man named Al-Afghani, who tried to "modernize" Islam by making it fall in line with western ideas of "truth" and science. The foundations for the Salafi belief in discarding tradition and adopting new madhabs [Islamic school of thought] for understanding Islam.
SHAHID/SHAEED: (martyr) a title that is given to a Muslim after his death, if he died during the fulfillment of a religious commandment, or during a war for the religion (suicide bombers are generally "honored" as shahid).
SHARI'A: Islamic body of law for all Muslims to follow
SHI'A: Second major Islamic sect; believe that Ali, Muhammad's daughter Fatima's husband, should have been caliph after Muhammad died.
SHIEKH: elder of a tribe, lord, revered wise man, or Islamic scholar
SIRA/SEERAH: the study of the life of Muhammad and all that is related to him.
SUFI: a study whose objective is the reparation of the heart and turning it away from all else but God. Is connected to Islam the most strongly, but also includes Hindus, Buddhists, and Christians.
SUNNAH: the secondary source of Islamic law after the Qur'an; purportedly comes directly from what Muhammad did during the 23 years it took him to establish Islam
SUNNI: Majority of Islam Believers; believe that the first 3 caliphs, Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman were rightful heirs of Islam.
SURAH: A chapter in the Qur'an
UMMAH: Islamic World
WAHHABISM/Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab at-Tamimi (1703-1792): an Arab theologian born in Najd, in present-day Saudi Arabia and an influential scholar among modern Salifis; it is from him that the term Wahhabism is derived.(See Salafism above.)

After considerable thought, I've decided not to put my name on this blog because I've already been accused of spreading Islamists intentions in order to "gain fame for myself." And that I need psychiatric help. That I'm an Islamophobe (whatever that is). That I'm a racist (how can anybody be racist against an ideology, I ask you?) I've been threatened with a lawsuit for defamation of one person's character, and for abridging his "freedom of speech" rights (now how does that work? I'm doing the talking, but he's saying I'm stomping on his Bill of Rights rights) if I don't shut the heck up about the "rest of the story" about Islam.

Obviously, I must be doing something right.

This is typical of Islamist behavior. As they cannot, as a rule, defend their ideology, they have to attack, intimidate, threaten, and belittle the messenger. As I am NOT important, and the message is, I don't see the need to ID myself and become the focus of the blog. —scrivener2007
