On April 11, 2009 at his Oakton, Virginia campaign “meet the voters” rally, Esam Omeish told us that Sharia is “wonderful” for the rest of the world. Sharia is a supremacist institution that denies humanity’s universally shared human rights of equality and liberty for all people. Sharia promotes inequality and segregation among people of different genders and religions, and seeks to deny human freedoms of speech, press, and conscience. Sharia has been used as the basis for repressing and killing girls, women, homosexuals, and religious minorities. . . .

Peter King Remarks About Mosques Draw Muslim Ire
Muslim leaders Saturday attacked as "bigoted" comments made by Rep. Peter King involving mosques and terrorism, although King shot back that he believes there is a "real problem" involving some mosques on Long Island.

King said Saturday, "I stand by everything I said. I consider any attack by CAIR to be a badge of honor."The Seaford congressman, who is the ranking Republican member of the Homeland Security Committee, also said that "right now there are a number of mosques under surveillance by law enforcement agencies" on Long Island.

FBI, Cops Won't Comment on King's Muslim Assertions
The FBI and Nassau police Monday declined to comment directly about Rep. Peter King's assertion that U.S. Muslims are uncooperative with police, but stressed that they do not focus investigations on particular religious denominations. . . .

That’s probably true. They focus on terrorist activities in the U.S., a considerable amount of which just happens to come out of the U.S. mosques . . . so why would anyone make a connection with religion from that?

Judge Orders Review of FBI Records on Muslims
A federal judge in Orange County has ordered the FBI to turn over records related to a group of Muslim activists and organizations so the court can determine whether they should be made public.

The decision on Monday comes amid a nearly three-year battle by the 11 activists and organizations and the American Civil Liberties Union to obtain records related to FBI inquiries into Muslim communities in Southern California.

Judge Cormac J. Carney says he will review more than 100 pages of documents the FBI holds on the organizations to determine whether the information should be protected under federal law.

Carney also says the FBI must broaden its search for records on the Council on American-Islamic Relations to include electronic surveillance as the agency did for the other plaintiffs.

. . . when a Dallas jury sentenced Behrouz Nahidmobarekeh to five years for sprinkling his own dried feces on pastries at the Fiesta Mart at Ross and Greenville avenues in East Dallas, the foreman of the jury told The Dallas Morning News that the jury had wanted to punish him especially severely because he "showed no remorse."
